A. Connecting Busy Company
a. Login in to AccXchange with your email id & password
b. Click on Add Tab to register a new company.
c. Select your Accounting Software.
d. Make sure that the Busy is closed in case of Single User Edition. and if its Multi User edition no Need to close Busy.
Select the Busy Installation folder path and Busy data path.
Then select the Busy Version and select your database structure
After filling necessary information click on load to
see all the companies created in Busy in the drop down menu. Then select the
company which you want to connect from drop down list. Enter your AccXchange id
to complete the registration of the company. While registering company, enter
the Mobile number of the person on whose mobile you want to receive Digital
Invoice of all the Purchases you have made.
B. Connecting Tally Company
a. Login in to AccXchange with your email id & password
b. Click on Add Tab to register a new company.
c. Select Tally as your Accounting Software.
d . Make sure that the tally is closed then select the folder path where the tally is installed on the computer. The Tally folder should have read/write permission.
e. Open the Tally application and Open the Company which you want to connect with AccXchange.
Then Open AccXchange, select the company which you want to connect from drop down list, click on test to automatically fetch the company details directly from the tally, then Enter your AccXchange id to complete the registration of the company. While registering company, enter the Mobile number of the person on whose mobile you want to receive Digital Invoice of all the Purchases you have made.
