The voucher will be received by approver in ‘Voucher Inbox’ Tab in the desktop client of the AccXchange Application.


 


 

The Approver can either ‘Approve’, ‘Reject’ or put the voucher ‘On hold’.

 

 

 

 

 

In above window, ‘Skip’ means voucher has been Rejected.

‘Post Now’ means voucher has been Approved.

‘Post Later’ means the voucher has been put On hold.

 

After the approval and posting into Tally, the entry will look like this:-



 

 

After the successful posting and approval of the voucher, the status of the voucher will change to ‘Approved’.

The user will receive his closing account balance visible on the top left hand side of the Mobile App.
