A.  Fetch Sales Invoices and Sales Return Vouchers

Go to the ‘Sales Invoice Outbox’ tab.

 

Select the period in which you have created Sales Invoices and Sales Return Vouchers in Tally and want to update them in the Zed sales.

Click on ‘Fetch now’.

Make sure to check on ‘Stop fetching Sales Voucher’ while selecting the period to fetch Sales Vouchers.


 



 

 

Sales Invoice and Sales return Voucher of that particular period will be automatically fetched in AccXchange from Tally.



B.  Post IMEI to Zed Sales - Bill by Bill

 

Double click on the Sales Voucher and open it, Enter the Retailer Code of the Party to whom you have sold the Mobile.

 

Status of IMEI Number

Color highlighted

Valid

Green

Valid and already updated in Zed Sales

Red

Invalid

No color

 

There is an option ‘Match Quantity in Zed Sales Post’ while posting IMEI in Zed Sales. This feature matches the Number of IMEI entered with the Quantity you have entered in Tally. If Number of IMEI and Quantity does not match, then it won’t allow to update IMEI in Zed Sales.

In this way it can be verified whether all the IMEI numbers are valid or not before posting into Zed Sales.

 

Check the ‘Post in Zed Sales’ box and click on ‘Send Now’ to update the IMEI number in Zed Sales.


  

 

Sales Entry Updated in Zed Sales CRM is being highlighted in green color and is shown in ‘Sales Invoice Outbox’ Tab.

 

If the IMEI numbers are successfully updated in Zed Sales CRM, then the narration of Sales Invoice will contain this sign ‘$$’ in Tally.

 

C.  Post Sales Return to Zed Sales

 

Double click on the Sales Return Voucher and open it, Enter the Retailer code of the Party from whom you have received the sales return.
