a.  Configuration of Zed Sales Account

Open AccXchange and click on Gionee Zed Sales ERP to login in Zed Sales through AccXchange.

A pop up window will appear; enter Zed Sales User ID, Zed Sales Code (which is Distributor Code) and Password.

A green check will appear below to conform the login in Zed Sales from AccXchange.

b.  Mapping Vouchers Type

 

Go to ‘Sales Invoice Outbox’ Tab.

Click on ‘Configure Voucher Type for Zed Sales’ to map different type of vouchers as per the need.

You need to Map each voucher type with AccXchange one time.

E.g.  Sales will be mapped with Sale.

Sales Return will be mapped with Sale Return.

Credit Note will be mapped with Sale Return.

 

 

 

c.  Set Option for IMEI Management (Batch/Description)

 

You have to set the preferred type of IMEI maintenance first time.

If you use ‘Description’ to maintain IMEI, no option to be selected.

If you use ‘Batch’ to maintain IMEI, select ‘Use Batch for IMEI’ Option
