1. AccXchange software is not working, how I can get support?

If AccXchange is not working then you can mail us at support@accxchange.in or call us at 91-1482-234095 OR can create a ticket at https://accxchange.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new


2. I cannot send voucher entries, the status of voucher in sent items show red colour, what can I do?

If the status of sent voucher is red then you may try restarting the Tally and AccXchange, if the problem still persists then you can mail us at support@accxchange.in or call us at 91-1482-234095.


3. I cannot post voucher entries in Tally, what seem to be the reason?

Please ensure that company in which you want to post an entry is open in Tally or not, if that is not the case try restarting the Tally and AccXchange.


4. AccXchange is not responding, what seems to be the reason?

It seems that other applications on your system has taken huge amount of RAM and processing power, close those application first then use AccXchange.

 

5. What happens if I lose Internet Connection while using AccXchange?

If you lose internet while using AccXchange, Vouchers will not be sent and received until internet is connected again.
