1. What is the Messenger Tab?
Through messenger tab you can chat with companies which you have connected through AccXchange ID.
2. Can we chat on a particular voucher of the company?
You cannot chat on a particular voucher in AccXchange.
3. How will know the company with whom I am chatting is online or not?
In messenger you can see all the companies which you have connected in AccXchange, a status message of online will be displayed near the name of the company to shows its online status.
4. Can we chat with more than 1 company at a time?
Yes you can chat with more than one company at a time.
5. How will I know that the receiver has read my message?
Currently there is no facility for checking whether message has been read or not.
6. Can I send messages even when the recipient is offline?
Yes you can send the message even when the recipient is offline, when he comes online he can see the message that you have sent.
7. How can I Archive message for future purposes?
Currently there is no facility to archive the message for future references.
