1. How to register a company in AccXchange?
To register a new company, select add new company tab. Make sure that the tally is closed then select the folder path where the tally is installed on the computer. Tally may be installed on your Local PC or on your Network machine.Open the tally application then select the company which you want to register in AccXchange=> select the company which you want to connect from drop down list, Click on test to automatically to fetch the company details directly from the tally, then Enter your AccXchange id to complete the registration of the company.
2. What is the IP Address and Port while I am registering a new company?
Default IP address is 127.0.0.1 or if you are using network PC for Tally then select that PC’s IP address. Port is the port on which tally is installed, the default port is 9000.
3. From Where I can get activation code in Trial Version?
Once you successfully register for AccXchange, an email will be sent to your email id containing 5 Free AccXchange IDs and company registered with these AccXchange ID works as per limitation of Trial AccXchange ID.
4. Which Accounting Software should I choose while registering?
If you are using Tally then select Tally Solutions and you can choose ODBC for your ODBC Data Integration or EDI connectivity.

6. What are the requirements for registration of a New Company?
When you select the folder path while registering a new Tally company make sure that Tally is closed, and while filling the company details in AccXchange make sure that the company is open in Tally.
7. What will happen if my AccXchange Activation code fails during activation?
In such situation, it prompts for failure message, and in most of the cases it means that the activation code has been already used.
8. My tally
is installed on Network PC, What should I do?
If your Tally is installed on Network PC then you can fill IP of that networked PC and alternatively you can select the network path then AccXchange will automatically take care of IP.
9. Which Tally version is required while registering a New Company?
AccXchange supports from Tally 7.2 release 3.14 to Tally.ERP 9 release 4.91.
10. How many companies can I register in AccXchange?
You can register up to 25 Companies in AccXchange, if you wish to register more than 25 Enterprises Version of AccXchange. Please contact our sales team at sales@accxchange.in
11. Can I register companies in bulk at a time?
No. You cannot register multiple companies at a time.
